Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Not Just Frames. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Feel free to reach out and inquire at any time.

Shipping Rates/Overnight Shipping

  • As of 01/2024 we have made a slight change to our shipping - we are now offer a flat rate of $5 per order.  Our pricing structure is designed to eliminate the guesswork with calculating shipping costs.   There are no hidden costs and no additional charges.  Applies to USA deliveries only, excludes custom orders.
  • Overnight delivery is not currently only available. Please email us at letstalk@notjustframes.com for expedited mailing options.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
  • For shipping to Alaska & Hawaii please email us for a custom quote.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Not Just Frames is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Orders shipped through the USPS PRIORITY will be insured for $50.  You can file your damage claim directly through their website at:

You are responsible to file the claim with USPS, we are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible to shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for weather related damages or delays. Once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Please note that there may be delays due to the covid 19 pandemic, which may result in your shipping times being longer.
